AHA! makes homes feature rich and connected - just like the features in cars these days, we make home automation experiences easy to use and affordable for India. More about the coolness we bring to homes under the product section.

Customers

Our core group of customers can be segmented as follows- AHA! ICP(Ideal Customer Profiles) are

  1. Vikas - He is between 40-45 years old, lives in Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore, Ahmedabad has children who are above 5, has recently purchased a home in an up-scale apartment complex (example: Trump Towers, Mumbai) to live with his parents and kids. He is from a business family or has an enterprise of his own. He values time > money and spends less than 30 mins travelling in the city, most time spent on apps like WhatsApp and Instagram. Spends money on-line on OTT Platforms, shops from Amazon/Flipkart and Swiggy & Zomato for meals, yet uses a travel agent for his or families travels.
  2. Riddhi - She is an interior designer between 45-50 years of age, lives in Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Bangalore (Metro), she is married and has children. She values time > money yet travels more than 60mins in the city for work, she spends her time on platforms like Instagram and Pinterest and uses WhatsApp for managing her teams across different sites that are on-going
  3. Pankaj - He is a real-estate developer, he is between 50-65 years, lives in a Metro and is looking for new technologies to apply in his real-estate projects to not only make his project stand out from the intense competition but also to add meaningful value to the homes he sell. He values time > money, has staff to even order from Amazon/Swiggy etc. He spends his time on Instagram and WhatsApp

Market

The home automation market in India is poised for explosive growth, with the market size expected to grow to $13 billion by 2029, driven by increasing tech adoption, smart city initiatives, and consumer demand for convenience, security, and energy efficiency.


Just like the paint category, Home Automation is an emerging category in the Home Improvement space and will be a default service in years to come.

We are the team that kick starts a consistent supply of value creation for the organisation, our efforts directly impact the company's revenue and growth.

Currently performance marketing and existing customer referrals brings leads, our efforts will create a new channel of consistent business for the organization.
